RLS Purchases New England Temperature-Controlled LTL Company

RLS Logistics recently purchased a new temperature-controlled LTL company in the New England region. "The purchase of this company provides access to a more diverse customer base in a new market," says Kevin McVey, Vice President, Corporate Sales of RLS Logistics. "We will be strategically folding this business into our New Jersey based cross-dock operations. We currently have over 100 national, regional and locally scheduled LTL runs each week. With this purchase we will
be able to offer our dedicated LTL lanes to the New England market, which will shorten transportation cycles and increase our level of service nationwide," McVey added.
